Growing up between Hong Kong, China, and America, I became well aware of the pervasive misinformation that shrouds varying cultures. These distortions spawn misunderstandings that often manifest into unnecessary conflicts and confusion. Frequently, I have been a victim entangled in these circumstances simply by voicing my observations and opinions. To avoid these difficulties, my voice gradually diminished. It was photography that allowed me to express my truth. Through this medium, I capture reality as it is, conveying information without words. Photography has become my voice, bridging gaps and fostering understanding where words once failed.
